Refund and Returns Policy

At Khat’s Hair Solutions (Pty) Ltd, we take pride in supplying quality products.
Due to hygiene, product handling, and the nature of our items, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to this policy.
2. No Refunds
We do not provide refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product choice or colour selection
- Late delivery caused by couriers
- Orders placed with incorrect information
- Opened, used, or altered products
Please ensure you review your order carefully before checkout.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
We may offer a replacement (not a refund) if:
- The item arrives damaged in transit
- The product has a manufacturing defect
To qualify:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Email clear photos of the product and packaging
- Include your order number
Failure to report within 48 hours may result in the claim being declined.
4. Replacement Process
If your claim is approved:
- We will arrange a replacement product where possible
- If the product is out of stock, we may issue store credit
- Customers may be required to return the original item before replacement is sent
5. Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item:
- Notify us within 48 hours
- Keep the product unused and in original packaging
- We will arrange collection and replacement
6. Return Shipping
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless the error is ours
- We recommend using a trackable courier for returns
We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or dispatched.
